ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS

For a limited time, we are offering free standard shipping (2-6 business days) on all orders over $200 within the US. Standard shipping costs $20 for orders under $200.  Please note shipments generally go out the day after the order is placed, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Fridays will ship out on Monday. UPS will not deliver on Sundays, so 2-day shipments placed on Thursday will ship Friday and arrive Monday. 2-day orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday and arrive Wednesday. International shipping costs are calculated based on destination. Please note that all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For international shipments, you are responsible for any import taxes and duties.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.  Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with a completed return form.  Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address.  A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.  If your order has been shipped internationally, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.  Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
